The Keycloak implementation is deeply tied to the embedded Infinispan cache, so I don't think that Redis is an option (and is not planned either). There have been other discussions on the topic that confirm this (e.g., #37137, #33857).

We do not plan to add support to Redis directly, see #48577 for more details.
