Description

The goal is to promote OID4VCI feature to supported. This is follow-up after #43932 (The feature needs to be "preview" first to be promoted to supported).

Goals

• Make the OID4VCI feature promoted to "supported"
• Make sure that preview feature is polished enough with good documentation and testing. Make sure that there is at least one major or minor Keycloak release before feature is supported to have some time for the community to provide the feedback for the OID4VCI feature
• Doublecheck the feature again once it is preview and address any gaps if needed (including security, usability etc).

Non-Goals

• Address optional features of OID4VCI specification, which are not necessary for passing the conformance testsuite
