Describe the bug

I have an existing realm created in KC 25. I upgraded to KC 26 and then enabled organizations in this realm. The built-in authentication flows were not updated to include the organization parts. I cannot update them manually since they are built-in.

Expected behavior

The built-in authentication flows should be updated, they cannot be updated manually since they are read-only.

Actual behavior

The built-in flows are the old ones without organization parts, they cannot be manually updated.

How to Reproduce?

1. Create a realm in KC 25
2. Upgrade to KC 26
3. Enable organizations in the realm
