I tried to clone this repo and follow the documents. I have run the docker-compose.yml but the deployment not working. it stuck only waiting for webhook? How can I make the deployment works? It did not work even the test folder for nginx provided on the repo. |

Hi, after startup doco-cd waits for incoming webhook events sent from a Git provider like Github. It won't deploy anything without a event. |

Only with Docker Swarm. With normal Docker you need to create separate doco-cd instances for each server. |

After trying, I attempted to update running containers via commit and pushing something to trigger github webhook. It was not working as I expected though.
How should I trace the error, I am pretty sure that the stack test-deploy is in my repo |

You probably deployed a compose project with the same name before using a different repository and now you hit a check that prevents doco-cd to overwrite already deployed compose projects with the same name. You can check this by looking at the container labels starting with |
