Generally I like placing newlines to emphasize certain lines and make them more visible for me, but I never want to maintain multiple blank lines.

I couldn't find a direct way to do it, but maybe there's a set of config options to allow multiple blank lines to be collapsed into a single one.

This is what I'm familiar with from Prettier.
