Motivation:
The table calculator interface needs to be updated to return an array of weights for operator weights. Naming is also unclear
Modifications:
getOperatorWeights->getOperatorSetWeightsgetOperatorWeight->getOperatorWeights, and now returns an array of weightsResult:
