2. Wait for the claim win button to appear
3. You'll see that it's not working

This error has happened to me several times and it's not because of my connection problem, sometimes it's necessary move in the game (if it's your turn) for it to work.

In the game that I put in the link I tried from the web and the Android app, and the button does not work in any way, I have the connection well because I was able to access the lichess website. Fix this error once and for all, this is a serious mistake
