TLDR: Invite a normal account to a class. The account joins, and counts against the max-100 limit.
Now, remove that account from the class.
The account remains in the "Removed" list, AND counts against the max-100 limit.
It is not possible to remove the account completely.

It is possible to remove an account that was created through the class - via "Release Student".
But NOT for invited accounts that already existed.

I do like the ability to keep some kids in the "Removed" state like they are now, as they may not be members for a term or two.

I just want to be able to drop players completely from the "Removed" list. One more step to completely drop players. Don't change the "Remove" to "Drop", that works well now, just add a second step. I think it is just a small missing part of the design.
