I'm not sure if this is an RTL issue (because different languages and dialects use different date formats regardless of their direction).

In the attached screenshot (taken from the Hebrew version of the desktop site), the day should've come first (from right to left), followed by the month and year.

NOTE: in mobile browsers the entire date is unreadable (the day 'jumps' to the left)

The issue happens predominantly in blog posts.
