We've signed up some people to help answer emails and we need a few things.

Some of the people answering emails aren't admins, so it would be useful if they could handle email confirmations and GDPR erasure requests without those powers, possibly directly from https://lichess.org/mod/email-confirm (?)

For email confirmations they need a way to confirm an email by account name. (Without seeing the mod zone) For GDPR erasure they need to see if the account is eligible. If they could see marks, mod notes, and mod log entries on the email confirm page it would be enough. (That would be the existence of notes and logs, not their content) They would simply leave any erasure request with notes or logs (relatively few) for an admin to review.
