blind mode study should have next and previous chapter keys #13787

Hi all, I am blind, using a screen reader and blind mode.
When looking at a study, previously I was able to jump between chapters in blind mode by pressing n or p for next or previous chapter. This is important for using any study.
I have some chess books with diagrams that aren't readable by a screen reader, but these studies give the piece positions, making the books useable.
Also, my chess coach sets up studies and I need to be able to go between chapters.
It would be great if the chapters were simply properly labeled and linked in blind mode, but at least recently I could jump between chapters, now I can't even do that.
Any help with this issue greatly appreciated.
