It is now possible to: pip3 install linkchecker-gui.

This is only a reasonably complete conversion of v9.4.0 to Python 3, PyQt5 and LinkChecker 10. The basics appear to work for me, some things aren't present, notably changing the language of the interface.

I don't know if I will do any more with it in future but here it is in case it is useful.
