Hey all, I haven't gotten a reply yet so I'm putting it here separately. If it doesn't look like I can collaborate on lit-localize to try to fill in some of the large missing pieces I'll be making a fork.

My company looks like it might be interested in trying to making it a bit more complete, but if I can't get a reply from the project it is hard to get a final sign off on working on this in my company.
