Describe the bug

I don't know if it is a problem but when i run example app it isn't contain the UIApplicationSceneManifest in Info.plist. But the new flutter is automatically adding this because the new breaking change https://docs.flutter.dev/release/breaking-changes/uiscenedelegate.

Does it related to
