Programs created with the bulk upload tool appear 10 hours ahead in Google Calendar. If each program is opened and then saved in Terrain then time is fixed.

To Reproduce
In Terrain Programming click on 'Subscribe to Calendar'
Copy URL
In Google Calendar add a calendar using this URL

Created 1 or more programs using the bulk tool.
These programs will appear at the correct time and date in Terrain, but appear 10 hours ahead in Google Calendar.

If the program is opened to edit in Terrain and then saved, with or without any actual changes made, the Google Calendar time will become correct once it resyncs.
