protocol is non transferrable because if autofocus calibration data #12

an imaging protocol is currently technically transferrable, but in practice not recommende because the protocol includes hardware specific calibration parameters, mainly for the autofocus system.
the hardware specific calibration is mainly stage offset in x and y, which may or may not be stored there. the z offset for the calibration is stored there, though this should be solvable (introduce some common offset for a global zero in a set of microscopes, then the relative offset should be transferrable). the problem is the laser autofocus signal which has hardware dependent diffractions, which may make the related calibration data (um per px, and target pos on sensor) non transferrable.

needs more investigation! (maybe difference in practice is small enough to actually be transferrable)
