Expected behavior

Some of the sections in the pihole.toml file that contain a dot (e.g. dns.cache) appear to be documented incorrectly for the docker environment variables. For example, the documentation shows FTLCONF_dns.cache_optimizer but, per the logs, FTL expects FTLCONF_dns_cache_optimizer.
