Love the library, I use it as the base for all my homebrew IoT devices around the house. I have one use case, a Landscape lights controller based on a LILYGO POE ESP32 board with built in POE Ethernet. I am using Ethernet to power and connect the board as WIFI does not reach where I have it installed.

I was wondering if there is some say I can override the config to use the Ethernet connection?
