Autocomplete default behaviour for input fields changed to 'off'

Since primefaces version 15.0.7 the input fields have the autocomplete attribute set to off by default. Also, if the autocomplete is set to on on the form element with passthrough attribute, it still renders the input fields with autocomplete off.

It would be nice, to be able to overwrite this behaviour, e.g. with a general configuration constant.
