Add Image Hotspot Functionality

It would be great to introduce an Image Hotspot feature in GoDAM. This would allow users to place interactive hotspots on images, similar to the existing video hotspot functionality.

Use Cases:

• Product feature highlighting in WooCommerce stores
• Interactive infographics
• Shoppable images
