As Ryan pointed out in #318, strong/weak research doesn't actually add/subtract 1 or 2 from each die roll; instead it changes the dice being rolled, so at +1 you roll 7-sided dice rather than 6-sided, etc. To reflect that, I've taken out the percent sign in R&D where it used to say things like RESEARCH STRONG: +1%/TEAM.

I got to thinking recently that, while the game has events that give you -2, it doesn't seem to have any that give +2, which seems out of balance. I've gone through the Companion and sure enough, it says there are events that give +1 (p. 289-91), -1 and -2 (p. 292, 299, 307-308), but it doesn't show any that give +2.

It does seem to have significantly more plus events than minus events so maybe that's supposed to balance out the difference. Anyone have any thoughts on that? We could, if we wanted, change a +1 newscast to a +2 or something like that.
