How it works

When filling out an ILL request form in the public interface (https://ils.test.rero.ch/ill_requests/create/), the pickup_location field selects the first library of the list by default.

Improvement suggestion

With this behaviour, requests are sent to the wrong library on a regular basis when patrons forget to change this field before saving. This is not efficient and costs money and time for patrons and libraries.

To solve this, implement the same behaviour as in the professionnal view (https://ils.test.rero.ch/professional/records/ill_requests/new) and regular request form: by default, a Select an option placeholder is highlighted in this field and the form cannot be saved before having selected a pickup_location.
