We are currently, in testing branch, migrating from our default OS Python of 3.6.15 - to Py3.9.18. Our Poetry version (1.1.15) which is no longer installable, using the OS default Python (3.10) of Tumbleweed, is a key dependency on our targeted Python version. And many of our other dependencies are dropping older Python versions in their latest revisions as a result of the EOL status of the default OS 3.6 version.

Py3.8 is not available in Leap 15.4 hence our move from Py3.6 to Py3.9 at least initially. And to re-enable our Tumbleweed installer builds we also need to update our Poetry.
