Describe the bug
There is a deprecated interface in new torchaudio which has been widely used in current s3prl implementation

To Reproduce
Use the torchaudio 0.7.0 and import s3prl for byol-a / byol-s

Expected behavior
AttributeError: module 'torchaudio' has no attribute 'set_audio_backend'
