the CANVAS MuPDF "Tinting" controls as set by those settings have sometimes varied but in current pre-release work exactly as intended for tinting. Historically were always listed under Fixed UI but not as such designed for the surrounding interface. |

Ah yes, in a past version that was where I would set the page and text colours, thank you for clarifying that it has changed. If you don't mind, what is the correct way to define custom themes? When I paste your code example in, it sends it to the bottom as "not recognized". This is v3.5.2 64bit windows. Is this the wrong place to put it? |

The theming was under development during 3.5 phase but not added as options until during 3.6 pre-release development so you need to use a copy from https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/prerelease I suggest portable and keep your existing for now if you use file.DjVu formats as prerelease currently has problem with those files display. |

Wanting to have white text on a black background, so I set BackgroundColor = #000000 and TextColor = #ffffff. No effect at all, the values are simply ignored.
InvertColors does work, but it still doesn't use the specified values, and if there are any images it inverts them as well so not a perfect solution.
Any ideas how to fix? Probably me just missing something obvious but I'm stumped and need to ask.
