I have just updated my spacemacs config, and all packages. I then noticed, that suddenly a couple of packages fail to load correctly, all of them because the corresponding {package}-autoloads.el file is missing. One of the packages with this problem is helm for example. Generating the autoloads.el file does not seem to fail in every case, as the lsp-mode package did install correctly, and an up to date autoloads file was generated.

I'm not exactly sure on how to aid debugging. Let me know if I can provide any further info.
