Description

We're realizing that the filter by contracts functionality is filtering out data that we need. Specifically in one case it's because data needed for prepositions are not included in the contracts for German and Russian. We don't need preposition data for any other languages, so those tables don't need to be populated at this time. In this issue we should also further discuss the data needed for the applications.
