Push servo-perf log to a public place and link to it in Treeherder #11167
Description
In order to debug servo-perf data, we need to put the log in somewhere that is public. Then we can add a link to it in our treeherder artifact.
@larsbergstrom I assume if we run #11107 in our buildbot infrastructure, the log can be access from a link into buildbot?
