  1. Improve grep tool 

    * llm-tool-collection.el (grep): Clarify argument documentation for LLMs. Add an
argument to ignore case while searching. Handle error when the LLM gives a
nonexistent path. Rewrite to be asynchronous.
* README.org (grep): Update documentation.
