When HWH sends the message "Successfully created a key for this message in ", there should be a button that says "Claim." Ideally, all clicks should only be counted if the interaction user is a Golden Helper

When the button is clicked, the mention will be cancelled (meaning the user cannot use /mention send). Instead, the bot will respond to the interaction saying "@<person_who_needs_help>, @<helper> can help with your question."
