Hi, I’m Mikey. I’ve spent the past 20 years across UX, frontend, product, and testing, and the last decade going all‑in on digital accessibility. I care a lot about how people actually use technology and how teams can build things that don’t exclude people. My work sits in that interesting, fast-paced space in technology where design, engineering, and human behavior all collide.

These days I’m coaching teams, auditing products, and helping organizations understand what accessibility looks like in practice, not just in a checklist or fleeting attempts at dodging lawyers. I think accessibility works best when it’s practical, collaborative, and part of the everyday workflow. Accessibility is in everything. It's in all the work that we do, whether you realize that yet or not.

I’m dusting off my web skills and creating useful tools that make accessibility work faster, clearer, and a little less chaotic for the people doing the work.
