Who am I?

Hi! I'm Jim, and I'm a software developer and consultant at @Improving. I lead the Houston Java Users Group and really enjoy learning about Java and helping others learn about Java too.

What am I working on?

I'm currently working on RefactorFirst, a tool to help Java developers decide what to refactor first and help developers enjoy developing software more.
