Due to a new gem release process, unnecessary vendor files were included in the original 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 releases on RubyGems.org (#313). This has been fixed for 7.1.2.1.

This is a compatibility for newer versions of Ruby and Rails. The bundled version of TinyMCE remains at 4.9.11.
