Collect admin email address for non-personal installations #981

Describe the feature
We need an email address tied to non-personal github/gitlab accounts. Currently we don't have a way to reach a customer unless they provide us an email address or are on Slack. We need this email address for non-marketing notifications like billing issues, terms of service updates, etc.
