On the edit draft screen, each keypress flashes the announcement widget. It goes between errors, updates, and the announcement and it all just seems badly designed and/or broken.

The idea of how it should work is:

• If there is no alert or notice, show the announcement
• On the edit draft screen, leave it as the announcement unless:
  • form was saved but there are errors -> show the alert and leave it until resubmit
  • form was saved and there are no errors -> show the updated message and hide after a few seconds

It could be that <brut-form> is not sufficiently able to make this work. TBD.
