A man page is always helpful. This one should only cover what a user may touch upon:

• a more verbose description of the content of bookwyrm --help;
• documentation of the plugin API, and
• where to report bugs, request features.

Easiest way to do this is to write some markdown files and then just pandoc(1) them together.
