I'll just explicitly mention that the limit is 16 kiB which feels generous and context about what the HTTP RFCs prescribe and what limits are usual in real world. You could try to ask this in hyper, but I don't think the limit should be lifted. |

It looks like this limit comes from hyper, not from axum itself.
The value is a
constinsidehyper, so it can’t be overridden from anaxumapplication. If you really need a much larger URI limit, you’d have to either open an issue/feature request on hyper to make it configurable or maintain a fork of hyper with a higher value.
