Describe the issue

When you select a VM (in my case Apple Virtualized macOS Guest) on UTM screen, there is a "New Shared Directory..." button at the end of the page.

When you press this button, a small Finder window opens to select a folder.
After selecting any folder and pressing Open button, you see an error message:

The file "[SelectedFolder]" couldn’t be opened.

No problem adding Sharing Directories within settings through "Edit"
