App Center can't update within itself (snap-store is currently running). #1863

Bug Description
Reproduced on a virtual machine.
The App Center doesn't seem to be able to update within itself, since it is currently running, and it just gives out this error.
This is pretty annoying since a beginner, who just installed Ubuntu, could probably be stumped from this!
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- On a fresh installation of Ubuntu, open the App Center app.
- Go to the Manage tab for updates.
- Run "Update All"
Expected behavior
Updating without giving the user any errors.
