When viewing a single requirement, formalisation and tags with comments are shown. With either of those, the formalisation of each placeholder and the textbox of each tag-comment is scaled to fit only two rows. Only if one klicks the box, one sees the full extend of the formalisation/comment.

Reproduce:

1. Add tag or formalisation
2. Add multiple line comment to tag or multi line observable to a formalisation
3. Save
4. Repoen
5. Now only the first two lines are shown
6. Klick on the text box of either, to show the entire comment/observable

Text boxes should not behave this way. The full content should be shown immediately.
