An instance with the ultimate connector feature enabled, but unreachable Ultimate (e.g. because the ultimate instance is down) shows error dialogs (without a message) and throws exceptions on the console.

Correct behaviour would be to just ignore that ultimate is unreachable and show the red disconnect symbol in the according tab.
