Rewrite (BREAKING CHANGE)

Attempt to reimagine the codebase from the ground up

• Redo the runtime modules
• Decrease the function calling hierarchy as much as possible
• Remove plugin-sdk backend dependency
• Enable GitHub actions for daily builds
• Implement file watcher (load, unload, reload)
