Looks like it is time for a First Public Working Draft of Compositing-2.

I noticed a couple of issues that should be cleared up before that:

• I notice that the Changes section of Compositing-2 is just a copy of the one in Compositing-1. It should be replaced by a section summarizing changes in Compositing-2 relative to Compositing-1
• One of the editors, Rick Cabanier, is not in the CSS WG or SVG WG so should be moved to former Editor
• The Abstract should be more specific to Level 2, rather than just being an exact copy of the one in Compositing-1
