Add the ability to configure and display the "last update date" from another entity/attribut via sensors. This would allow for greater flexibility in tracking manual updates.

Use Case
For example, when performing a manual analysis using a PoolLab device, it would be useful to display the date of the last manual measurement. This feature would help keep track of the most recent updates even when data does not come from automated sources.
