The gcode in the top picture has the XY zero in the top left of the board. (All Y coordinates are negative) In the lower picture the XY zero is defined in bottom left corner. (All Y coordinates are positive) I don't use CopperCam so I can't give any support on it. But my guess is that you want some reference point when flipping the circuit board, the strategy that CopperCam seems to use is to always reference the same corner. The workflow should be: Once milled, flip the board around the X axis. Now make sure the lower left corner is square to the machine and zero on that corner. |

I don't think it is a bug, rather a feature. But yeah, you should check with CopperCam manual for preferred workflow.
