Use of the Service

Graspeo provides a platform for generating quizzes and flashcards from text, PDFs, and images. Paid plans also unlock YouTube-based study workflows and export features. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Graspeo, including but not limited to the platform interface, AI generation technology, quiz templates, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Graspeo is graspeo.com.

You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Graspeo service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of graspeo.com and any third parties.

While you retain ownership of the quizzes and flashcards you create, the core Graspeo platform and technology remain the property of graspeo.com.

Content Moderation and Acceptable Use

• AI Content Filtering: Our AI models automatically refuse to generate copyrighted, illegal, NSFW (Not Safe For Work), harmful, or offensive content
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload or attempt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these policies

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and the business, especially for subscription renewals and digital usage:

• Request Window: Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge or renewal date
• Review Standard: Requests are reviewed case by case based on billing accuracy, service availability, and whether the paid period was used
• Likely Approval Scenarios: Duplicate charges, billing errors, verified technical failures, and recent unused renewals
• Likely Denial Scenarios: Meaningful use of the paid period, late requests, preference-based dissatisfaction, or abuse of the refund process
• Cancellation: Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself guarantee a refund. Paid access remains active until the end of the billing period, and saved content has a 30-day grace period after the plan ends unless you resubscribe
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear after processing
