HQCB Color Challenge #1 Pastel Pink Hues with heart and or love on a tag

 Heart-felt greetings, crafters!

Welcome to the premiere challenge for Heart's Quest Challenge Blog!

For a year I've been developing ideas and the confidence to launch my own paper-crafting challenge blog and this is it. I think that given current world conditions, emphasizing love and hearts will be a very good thing. My heart's quest definitely gets excited to have creative time but it also searches for those expressive ways to show family and friends how much I love them. 

Join me on this journey! 

Color Challenge #1: Pastel Pink Hues

Challenge runs from 12:30 am CST on Monday February 28, 2022 to 12:30am CST on Sunday March 13, 2022.

EDIT on March 9: Some bonus tags for more inspiration and to grab your attention, blog readers!!! With these I've used more varied light to mid-tone pinks. The top right is a mirrored foil kind of pearl pink cardstock heart. 

Here's my inspiration tag project:

Loving pinks tag = white sheer ribbon was 'tie-dyed' using the same pink marker as the embossing highlighted accent and the handwritten love. Add on some pink glitter foam hearts and pale pink crystal gems to complete the tag. Dimensions are about 2.5" wide and 3.5" high. The surface of the pale pink cardstock has been embossed with Simple Stories' Scattered Hearts Stencil (6" square). 

Inspiration tag #2= Triplet Hearts Pink Monochromatic Tag= The Simple Stories Scattered Hearts Stencil was used on this pink cardstock tag too but it's very light and not showing with the scanner. The larger pink foam heart sticker was also embossed. Both the tag base and the pink foam heart had some embossed hearts highlighted with a pink marker. Pink pearl-like shine lettering was used for 'hi!'. A small pink glitter foam heart and some pale pink crystal gems along with more 'tie-dyed' sheer ribbon complete the tag.
