GREEN BULLFROG - 1971 NATURAL MAGIC re.2017.
RARE RECORDINGS !!
Green Bullfrog was the brainchild of producer Derek Lawrence of DEEP PURPLE 2 first albums, . Built around longtime occasional collaborator Ritchie Blackmore, the session band also featured the pseudonymous talents of Tony Ashton ("Bevy"), Big Jim Sullivan ("Boss"), Earl Jordan ("Jordan"), Albert Lee ("Pinta"), Charles "Chas" Hodges ("Sleepy"), Matthew Fisher ("Sorry"), Rod Alexander ("Vicar"), and Blackmore's Deep Purple bandmate Ian Paice ("Speedy"). Contrary to rumor and the inferences of the Ecy Street label reissue, however, neither Roger Glover nor Jon Lord were involved.
With Blackmore, Sullivan, and Lee involved, it is naturally a guitar-heavy event, and there's certainly some searing playing to be found amid the good-time grooves and loose-limbed energies; the seven-minute title track is a particular tour de force.
Tracks: 1. My Baby Left Me 2. Makin' Time 3. Lawdy Miss Clawdy 4. Bullfrog 5. I Want You 6. I'm A Free Man 7. Walk A Mile In My Shoes 8. Lovin' You Is Good For Me Baby

PAUL Mc CARTNEY - RETURN TO PEPPERLAND 1987.
THE UNRELEASED ALBUM.
VERY VERY GOOD ALBUM!!
Return to Pepperland ” is the name given to an unfinished (unreleased) recording project by English musician Paul McCartney with American music producer Phil Ramone. The songs recorded during these sessions served as the basis for bootleg albums generally titled “Return to Pepperland”. In 1987 Paul McCartney had planned to release this album. However, his wife Linda McCartney's health problems led to its cancellation. Although it is considered an unofficial album, it is very interesting. Using Billy Joel's backing band, Paul and the aforementioned group along with producer Phil Ramone recorded two songs, "Beautiful Night" and "Loveliest Thing". Other songs were recorded at McCartney's Hog Hill Studios, including "Atlantic Ocean", "Big Day", "This One" and "Love Come Tumbling Down". During these sessions, the song "Return To Pepperland" was produced as a tribute to the 20th anniversary of the Beatles' album “Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band”, from May 1967, mixing two songs written by Lennon and McCartney, "Love Me Do" and "PS I Love You". In the end, just two songs from the sessions; "Once Upon a Long Ago" and "Back On My Feet" were released at the time. In January 1988, McCartney took the remaining songs from the Ramone sessions and compiled them onto a cassette, along with other songs he had been working on since the early 1980s. This was the source of many of the bootlegs associated with the sessions. by Phil Ramone. In summary: Most of the songs on this album were recorded in 1986/87 with Phil Ramone producing. Many of them remain unreleased to this day, while others (such as "Beautiful Night") have been re-recorded. Only a few appeared on several B-sides of singles/CDs. Some of the songs on this album are “demos”.
