If you have butter, soy sauce, and spaghetti in your pantry, you can make this mouthwatering Japanese-style pasta with a medley of Asian mushrooms. Butter Soy Sauce Pasta is ridiculously flavorful for the small amount of effort, so this weeknight pasta is sure to become a favorite.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp high quality butter
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 gloves of garlic chopped
- 3.5 oz shiitake mushrooms
- 3.5 oz beech mushrooms
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tahini @soomfoods 
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 2 packages udon noodles cooked

Step 1: in a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter, green onions and garlic. Cook for 1 minutes.

Step 2: add in your sliced shiitake mushrooms and beech mushrooms. Cook until lightly fried. 

Step 3: add your mirin, soy sauce, miso pasta, milk of choice, and miso paste. Stir. 

Step 4: add tahini, seasonings, garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Step 5: ENJOY
