Progress on this floral river landscape ✨ Do you like this crazy winding river? Let me know! I found some aerial photos with twisting and turning rivers, and I really wanted to include all that movement into a piece. This is a 5 inch hoop with lots of movement and texture so far. I can’t wait to add the flowers! . . . @dmc_embroidery @dmc_crafts #embroidery #embroidered #needlework #handembroidery #fiberart #fibreart #textileart #dmc #threads #dmcthreads #embroideryartist #embroideryart #... This piece was going to be a part of the flower bush collection, but I’ve decided to take it in a different direction. I was originally inspired by rivers in the amazon that split and wind with trees surrounding them. As I added rocks to the river, and decided on 2-3 different shades of foliage, I started to see the piece as a more detailed amazon themed one instead of decorated with beads. I plan to add more rocks, maybe some dried grass too. We’ll just see where this piece goes 🌿 . . . #emb... Victoria Rose Richards on Instagram: "What's been keeping me busy the past month! An early arts and crafts style manor from the early 1900's, I was commissioned to replicate this estate with the wild area and river meadows, fishing lake, agricultural land and the manor itself. It was a challenge to organise at the size it is, but I'm glad I took it on as I'm proud of the end result. Swipe to see a couple closer images! . My commissions are now OPEN again on my site! I have the direct link in my bio and stories, the info post is at the very top of my available art section :) . #landscapeart #aerialembroidery #aerialview #victoriaroserichards #river #artist #britishlandscape #stitching #embroidery #embroideryart" Embroidery Aerial View, Victoria Rose Richards Embroidery, Aerial Embroidery, Fishing Lake, Arts And Crafts Style, Agricultural Land, Lake Fishing, Google Earth, Close Image
